My girlfriend's dad used to be council housing inspector and once he says he went to a flat at the top of a block where the chip pan had caught fire so it had been immediatly thrown through the kitchen window (without opening it first) where it sailed down to land on top of a row of sheds, causing all of them to burn to the ground.

I would contend that I was trying to maintain the accuracy of the ongoing post count in this thread, and you came along and deliberately sabotaged something very important.

WTF, whats a chip pan?
You northerners have special pans for chips?
You deep fry food?
No, it's more like 'three strikes and you're out'. ;)
