I've got the original shim, it's too narrow to fit over the bar diameter. I tried stretching it but I'm feeling a bit feeble today. I just wrapped some duct tape around the bars to make a shim.
If I'm honest the chrome bars actually look a bit cack on my black and gray colour scheme... The size is perfect though. Once I get some black bartape on them I think they'll look much better.
