I have a System Ex/Formula on CXP22 and I'm happy with it.
You could get nicer hubs like Goldtec, Miche, Surly, Paul Comp ... or even splash out on Dura Ace or Phil Woods. What do you want and how much money do you want to spend?
I think my next set of wheels will be Goldtechs on CXP33s.
