Most overrated - a thread about overrated things

normally i would agree that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but to not like the beatles music is to have no soul, and is one of the few exceptions.

Or maybe if you like them, you have TOO MUCH soul?

I've had this idea about why I don't like the Beatles very much. I think I find them boring because of the incredible impact they've had on modern music. Everyone with a guitar has copied them, in some form or another, and because as they do, they each bring their own little addition to the formula, when I hear the source material without all those little additions, it sounds dull and formulaic.
Not because it is, but because I've heard so many variation on it.

Either that or they are just boring scousers.
