I always carry a mini pump with co2 adapter for quick inflation if necessary, levers, patches, a spare tube and allen keys at least. You could just use park stick on patches, a co2 cartridge and adapter nozzle in a saddle bag if you wanted. I use this bag to keep my everyday tools together in my bag, and just alone under my saddle on shorter rides.
