seems very bad luck, but then again any hub can fail, i have had a flange pop on a chris king and a hope... rims fail too in the past... it happens however good the manufacturer is, annoying when a lockring strips though, can we assume that it wasn't installed correctly? after a week if a lockring strips threads when it's only been on once i would guess it was put on wonky
