  • I've been exploring my love/hate relationship with the bitter gourd recently.

    Does anyone have any recipes that aren't currying or frying?

    My girlfriend just does them with black bean sauce and other veg, stir fried, but not much oil needed. Make your own black bean sauce though from the dried beans, pre-made sauce tends to be too sweat for my liking.
    Kind of frying I know but they are very watery so you would not want too cook them very long anyway.
