Random question, but does anyone know how to make wok fried noodles like what you get from takeaways and stuff?
I've been trying for years - tried different oils, sauces and the like, but nothing comes out quite like the stuff you can buy. They'd be the only thing I'd ever eat if I could get them right, but up until now I'm just properly frustrated...
