Level is uncomfortable.
Like when I fucked your sister in the arse.

Level is uncomfortable.
Any thing other than level and your arms/shoulders are brought into play to stop you sliding off the front or off the back. Pretty fucking pointless extra exertion as far I as I can see - keep your saddle level, let your legs do all the work and give your arms and arse a rest.

Actually, my arms feel more in play when it's level than when it's tilted up a bit. Does that mean the frame's too small?

Feel more in play? What the fuck does that mean? I was on the phone while typing that, and it shows.
I mean that I can feel more pressure on my wrists.

As my instructing sergeant (when I was TA Infantry) pointed out, you're much better treating chafing in advance. Before long ride/tab/whatever, slather the relevant bits in old-fashioned Germolene ointment (not the cream - tin tube, not plastic). Combined with decent shorts/saddle you'll be good as gold.

i seem to ride on the middle section of my saddle, it's as far forward as it'll go and level. i'm thinking my top tube is too long, is that likely? :-s
-
• #33
if you think your top tube is too long, just put on a shorter stem.
-
• #34
Just get some gooch cream and stop waxing your crack and sack.

I moved the seat forward a bit and tilted it a little bit upwards, but it just feels like I'm sliding forward all the time. Perhaps my enormous penis and testicles are dragging me off the front.

my stem is about a centimetre long, there is no shorter!
-
• #37
is there an average top tube length for a 21" bike?

My saddle was tilted quite far back and comfortable, but I was getting sores. I've put it flat but it's uncomfortable and I keep shifting my weight around.
Wrong saddle, wrong angle or wrong frame size?
It's a cheap charge spoon.
Thanks!
Check bike frame size against saddle height against your size..
then try other saddles like Fizik / Selle / Specialized..
and then get some proper cycling bib shorts Assos F1 Mille or Uno..
then apply Assos Chamois (cock and ball) Cream...These solutions are not cheap, but these areas are the most important for any rider, whether it is 30 or 100 mile ride..

30min of sandpapering your gooch every night for 4 weeks should do the trick.
