What rim / rims for sheriff star (c-record) hubs?

I don't want clincher rims
I am not sure I even want aero rims
do people use aero rims on a track ?
don't these add more weight for little advantage?
what I am thinking
is what would be a medium to light track rim
circa 1990

low profile omega V 's 36 hole in black? is this sounding about right?

I know Atlanta and Shamals are all the rage but with this groupset I want it period correct

You'll need to get OMEGA 19s then(19mm profile)

V's are a bit deeper, about 26/28mm I think
