Hmmm.... well I was thinking that if you finished or started about 50 miles east of Beer, it's really beautiful country foe one thing, especially if you're camping, but the main thing is I know of an unbelievably good pub there. Fresh pasties on tap and numerous types of cider to help you on your way. Pretty easy to get to I think if you get a train down to Wareham.
