• i think that the price and value of items are determined partly by what the seller wants for it and by a greater part by what anybody wants to pay for it.
    it would be nice if any item offered had a definite price by the seller and not the term offers attached to it. i think its unfair to try to make buyers be the 'buyer and seller'. you should know what you want for something or put it on an auction website.
    the exception to this i think would be a recent example of somebody offering a number of parts and saying "give me 5 or 10 pounds for each item, you decide." this i felt was super fair.
    unfair was the queenweigh bicycle for 200 pounds :-)
    in the short time that i have been on this forum i have seen a sway away from the dib method of buying or offering to buy items ,,, with good reason.
    i agree with those who have said that a seller of an item can put as high a price on an item as they like but most on here are pretty savvy and its quite easy to use google or auction sites to determine if something is overpriced. sorry if i missed something.
