Nothing is really effected as such, it is just from Monday every site you visit will be recorded. (and phone call and email - so that heartfelt email to your girlfriend/boyfriend will effectively be state property)
Who knows what will transpire with this legislation ?
I am more than certain that this - of all the numerous invasions into private life by these cunts - will be subject to function creep as time progresses.
