LBS, Halfords and Ebay for cheap risers. don't believe the hype and spend £30 on these. Steel risers for £7 are great.
You might want to ride with the stock stem for a bit to work out what length/drop your after no?
Parker International are cheap for sets of Campag Mirage brakes (£20). Tektro are also good and cheap. Your LBS will have cables for £10 (Shimano 105 probably). You'll need front and rear brakes if your planning to run a freewheel.
Evans cycles aren't good for much but they sell Powergrips online for £15 delivered! Which is good. I'm using a set on my daily at the mo'.
