talk to an engineer about crack propagation and fatigue life and they'll recommend that smoother surface finish contributes to longevity...
NB brittleness is lack of ductility... a metalurgical property... is that gonna be affected by anodising?
Speaking of holes.... whats the diffinitive answer: trying to lace a 16 hole rim onto a 32 hole hub ?
