Whats the route?

It starts East Central then heads out through Hackney to Walthamstow, out east to Epping Forest, loops back west a bit and back down. Ends at Northgate pub in De Beauvoir. 30 miles. Nice scenery. Traffic free as much as possible. Couple of pubs with beer gardens en route.

I may well be up for this.

Tyson flick was good. If you know your boxing it won't really add much though.
If you know nothing about boxing and have an impression of Tyson, go and watch it, because it is quite engaging. Be warned, it is mainly Tyson chatting, and a bit like watching someone at a psychiatrist's surgery.
