tips to achieving a spectacular result, such as mine:

• don't read the manifest, just go! who cares if you know where you're going?
  
• chat with bike shop workers
  
• stop and chat on the side of the road with vinylpimp
  
• ride around the westferry roundabout no less than 5 times
  
• be really slow in general
  
• go to tower bridge
  
• always miss your turn
  
• be the only girl in the girls category
