He is, but any manager who turfs up at bar to have a few beers with the fans at a Euro away gets my vote.
Ahh shit, thanks for reminding me about that, had completely forgotten.
You wouldn't find Moyes, the peoples club manager doing that. -

United are clearly favourites still. But, they are not as clear favourites as they were 2 weeks ago. And that makes me happy.
And their mounting injury and suspension problems may prove crucial. I just hope that if we are looking strong in the league, come the Euro fixtures. He doesn't start resting players for the league games. We have to make it a priority even if that means fielding a weakened side against Chelsea

Fair point Richie. It'd also have to involve Everton staying in Europe a bit longer than the average Easjyet flight. ;p

Gaggin for Newcastle to go down! They'll be fucked if they do as most of their palyers are on long contracts with way over the top wages, they'll have to sell half of their team

They be in that crazy situation when they are paying 50% of the wages of players who have left to other clubs.
and yes "i would love it .. love it" if they went down...

Have they got any players who other teams might actually buy ?
Maybe you could get Joey Barton to go back home..................... -
• #1816
Joey Barton's a cunt and he's shit
The only player(s) that's worth any money is Martins, they wouldn't get more than £4m for any of their other players, including Owen

Why is there such an anti Newcastle sentiment here?
I would rather see those one trick ponies Stoke go down. Blackburn, cos Allardyces face annoys me and lets face it, WBA, cos thats what they do.

I think Newcastle are disliked because their supporters act like there are a big club with a divine right to win trophies yet it is over fifty years since they last won a domestic trophy. Talk about delusional.
Personally I think they've been mismanaged as a business in a spectacular fashion in the past ten years, and relegation will screw over some greedy band wagon jumpers.

I quite like NUFC (Keegan era) and their fans (in the main) are great. It's mainly the media's fawning over them, and all the cliches that get spouted, like they were England's answer to FC Barcelona, rather than a club that hadn't won anything for 55 years and were getting crowds of 13k prior to Keegan's arrival.
Also big name clubs going down is always good for a laugh. Oh for a Tottenham/Everton double one year.

You what, we've finished in the top 6 the last 3 seasons, never happen. Plus, there's more chance of you chancers going down. All the money in th world won't buy you the Prem - who the fuck's gonna wanna play for 'Citeh'!?
-
• #1823
I never used to care about NUFC but it's only the last few years that they've been hyped up by the media(tbf, I think they've started to calm down over the last season or two) that they started to get on my tits. Not only that, whenever they get a new signing they're always on SSN or in the papers givin it "They're a massive club with great history and tradition, I've always wanted to play for them blah blah...." WTF!?
Nothing to do with the fact that it's the £75/85/100 a week they pay for shit players?! Nearly every single major(ish) signing they've made over the last 5/6years were all either a) about to sign for another club for less or b) festering away/unwanted at their club at the time(on less wages)
I also hate the way that their fans are labelled 'best supporters in the country' You what? They've only been getting that amount since they got in the Prem, they were getting 15/20k max before - plus they're a one club city, what do you expect? If Liverpool had one club there'd be 90k+, if Manchester there'd be 110k+.
Their 'lovable' fans are bunch of fickle, know nothing cunts. Spineless as fuck too proved with the fact that a mob of about 6/8 threw my mate through a pub window after an Everton match while he was inside with his Geordie girlfriend - 20+ stitches in his arm, cunts!Another time a couple of years ago I was up there with Geordie clients, on the piss, subject gets on to footy. They started comparing themselves and even claiming they were a bigger club than Everton! Get to fuck you useless cunts.....had to refrain from getting punchy, bitin my bottom lip!
Please, please, please go down!!!!

I went to colleg in Newcastle and worked in a pub near to St James. I was outside the ground when they sold Andy Cole to Utd (amusing day out) and again when they finished second to Utd in there first or second season in the premiership, quite an achievement. They trashed the city. The police closed all the pubs due to the violence in the city centre. Funny as fuck.
The fans piss me of because of the way they treat the current owner, Ashley has cleared the club from debt, for that they should be very very grateful. They are a nothing club with delusions a grandeur, to see them go down would be funy as fuck. They would be able to play home games at Bltyh Spartans ground and still not fill it.
Alan Shearer should be their manager as this would make it even funnier. -
• #1825
+1 to Shearer as manager. The biggest circus in the land being managed by the biggest clown in the land, it's a match made in heaven!
He never said they would be... ^^
