  • heres a question for you long distance fixed riders. in may/june im going to rural america with my bike and for those of you that don't know the roads are long and open and dont require a lot of braking. the particular area is reasonably flat so im not too worried about hills, but my question is what GI should i run if i wanna maintain near 30 without tiring myself out on a longish journey

    i ride about 2-3 hours a day in at the moment on but on 61GI (and normally not all at the same time)

    i have sprockets for the combo of 77 and 83

    which do you suggest id like to think that 77 will be high enough but dont want to be spinning out trying to maintain 30ish
