As much as I like the Grobag, I am seriously considering getting panniers simply because
a) at this point my budget is finite.
b) I am doing some touring around the UK in the summer - which means a courier bag is inappropriate. While panniers are not ideal for central London, they are less inconvinient to London than courier bags are to touring.
