Whatbaout Theobalds and Clerkenfixed to Old Street roundabaout and then down City road, straight (ish) to London Bridge?
Also, try and rmember that in some ways, traffic is what is fun about riding around London. The open road and quiet lanes are for when we get outisde of Zone 4.
