what an extremely generous offer, I hope you don't mind if I take you up on it in the near future...
now the weather's better I'm planning doing regular big rides in the evenings, so on Tuesdays I'm thinking of combining with a stop at the Flask on the way home, say 9.30-10ish - assuming you'd still be there that time?
