wanted to give this a bump and see if anyone was interested in running some sprints in another corner of London before we return to the Wick...be good to have others in South and West London (heard rumours of some people running some in north London). Not too much to it - hardest part is finding a stretch of road/path where you're not going to have to deal with traffic.
If anyone is interested, drop me a line...happy to give my 2p worth
