Hipster Skateboard advice

Thing is I really don't want to spend more than £40 overall..I have never skateboarded and just thought it would be fun to mess about cruising etc. Specially down hills..what if I got some of these wheels:

Its certainly a lot cheaper than building something separate. And looks pretty good.
