My bike is a lemonde fillmore, but got the fame painted pink! Although starting to regret the colour choice now cos it shows up the dirt quite a lot, despite my frantic (albeit sporadic) cleaning. At least it's a bit more visible at night.

I have ridden every night this week and loved every minute of it...

So... it would be nice to have a regular meet up now it seems the weather has finally turned and days are getting longer.

One night a week where it is set... same time, same day, so whoever wnats to go, can go, those who dont, stay at home.

Meet, do tricks, fall off, ride fast and generally be 'gnarly' or even 'rad'.

im home. its been an odd day. on the way home, i stopped at a red light, so as usual I cycled into the green cycle area and was practicing trackstands. now im not that good at them so occassionally i have to go round in a circle to get my position again all within the green cycle patch. this of course was while the light was red.

So im doing this and all of a sudden the car behind me starts beeping at me, i thought it was red (as i'd checked a split second ago) but i look up to check. its still red!

So i look at the driver and she making circle signs at me with her finger?! what the?! am i getting told off for going round in circles within the green cycle patch AT A RED LIGHT?!

so i point at the red light, to say 'I'm not moving, either are you, its a red, whats the problem?' she carrys on beeping, still red.

to stop her beeping i focus on trackstanding so im facing the right way now, i flip her off (which i instantly felt bad for), lights go green, i take off and 5 mins later (still pretty much moving together with her) at the top of a hill i get cramp in my left calve.

i believe it was karma for that flipping off.

moral of the story: dont flip off ladies who beep at you for killing time at a red light.
