Why is that stupid ignorant bigoted racist making the front pages of our newspapaers and the headlines on our news shows.
When she was forced out of big brother the country spouted bile and hatred about her which was correct but know she seems to be the darling of the country, what is wrong with people out there. I dispair of our media at times.
I wonder whether she'll donate any of her ridiculous income to the charity that is helping her through these hard times or give it away to any good causes ?

She's terminally ill, at the age of 27 and with two young kids to support. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

She's not the sharpest tool in the box but she was subjected to a ridiculous amount of bile and hatred following Big Brother which was far beyond what she might have 'deserved'.

Lots of people have cancer and I am sure the media coverage of hers is making theirs feel belittled at the moment.

no, i agree, i did think that before i posted, i would not wish that on even my worst enemy but i guess it isn't her i am having a go at it is the big brother watchers the twitterers the people who text to radio 5 to spout their tuppence worth ( and no i didn't get out of bed on the wrong side this morning )

but there are plenty of more deserving people with cancer who could be used to publicise the cervical cancer issues we have in the nhs right now

Shame her entire life was gone by without her ever grasping the concept of dignity and self respect.

If she was using the publicity to gain Cancer awereness, reach out to the common person and get us to dig into our pockets to help save thousands of lives then so be it. IMO it looks like she is trying to rinse the press for cash to support her children?

I don't know about anyone else here, but I wasn't raised with a silver spoon in my mouth and there are plenty of single fathers out there on minium wage...

Seriously though, Cancer is a terrible disease affecting thousands of lives each year and I have lost family members that have never smoked in there life. What ever we can do to help fight against cancer is a plus, just don't let that Big Brother wally tarnish the cause

Yes, she's a racist, but she's dying, and leaving little children. If she were well, I'd have no time for her, and no love either; but I grieve for her now, and will miss her effort.

In the sense of marketing, she beat Mrs.Beckham, and that takes some doing. I wish her well.

I honestly feel for her family and especially the two lads she's got but ffs, anyone'd think she'd actually done something worthy in her life. I mean she's been on the front cover of the tabs everyday for the last 2 weeks - she was 'made' and completely owned by the media. She was a receptionist(I think?) before BB and now she's a multi millionaire for doing fuck all apart from living her life in the spotlight

I agree, she isnt using her cancer to help anybody, as someone with her celebrity status could do, she is just, as you said, rinsing it. I have sympathy for her children, and a small socially acceptable amount for her, but it isnt much.

Actually, she is inadvertantly helping lots of people, as the rates of screening for cervical cancer have increased quite significantly as a result of all the publicity. She's probably done more to publicise it than many NHS initiatives. Of course that doesn't make her anything special.

She's probably doing what any of us would do - using what she has (celebrity in her case) to ensure her kids are provided for after she dies. Anyway, Max Clifford is calling the shots.

Is this actually true? I've been to her house [what a name drop, eh!] and it was nice, for Harlow, but not somewhere I would imagine a multi-millionaire living. Traditionally, famous people would become famous for something that involved making lots of money but Jade didn't even win Big Brother.
