duct tape
hot glue
weldi built a mallet today...golf club, rainwater pipe, soldiering iron and duct tape... managed to 'plastic weld' the pipe and club together, feels very strong! we'll see how she holds up on tomorrows outing.

I went past the milton skip today and found there were two bmx there.
one of them is actually like new....no scratches even the tyres are pumped up, they all have tiny 34? chainrings at the front, great for polo. That clean one even has sone nice chain tugs, and considering that they will probably let it go for a tenna the rest of the parts are worth atleast 70/80quid altogether. -

glad you're alive eddie, we all thought you'd died in a horrible chainring bolt related accident!!

I blame Will! It crumbled like the skin on the forehead of an 80 year old gentleman.

Polo was awesome today and it was really good to meet everyone. I'm working Thursday but will definitely be down next Sunday.
Harvey, did you say you have some spare pipe for some mallets?

Actually, if it's possible for you, I could pick some up from your stall one day this week as I'm in town working everyday.
I'm itching to make one up this week (and make a few bike alterations before next Sunday).

What are you after water pipe or ski poles ?
-
• #117
I was going to have a look around tomorrow for ski poles so hopefully just the pipe. If you've got some spare ski poles as well I would definitely be up for swapping them all for cash or beer.

Polo trip to London sunday or saturday
This sunday .
Will can take us down in his chemical smelling van after polo on sunday. Room for possibly 8 (at a squeeeeeeeeeze) .
i have contacted the london lot and they reckon saturday is the best day to check out the polo at their north and south courts, faster more competitive etc . Sunday at brick lane seems to have waned due the court not being ideal and other factors . i can't do saturday though i dunno about everyone else . They kindly said though they could get a few people to meet up for a game /advise etc on a sunday but not a good representation of london polo as its all laid back hungover stylee . What do you lot think ????? -
