What a great afternoon! had apple crumble burps all the way back!.
Just spent half an hour giving my bike some TLC as it was squeaking horribly by the time I got home. I'm knackered after a good ride, some lovely food, excellent company and great discussion.
oh and non lactose chocolate mousse ROCKS!
