I hate all the online stores who just put the stock list from their distributors online and expect you to wait till they next order in. Then bullshit you.
Was trying to get a replacement Dura Ace axle kit and spent an afternoon phoning the shops listing them for sale to be told
"err its in our warehouse"
"how long to ship then?"
"oooh about a week"
"so it's in Madison's warehouse then not yours"
"No we have it in stock"
"it's their stock until you order it, please fuck off"
