Parcelforce/Royal Mail is a feckin' joke

parcelforce's online booking thingy only works with Internet explorer.
and nowhere on the site does it mention this until you've paid your money and clicked help.
USELESS fucking cunts.

@ MA3K, they refused to take it trhough lack of documentation so it will be gone tomorrow.

When you download the packaging label thing you have to drag it to the printer to get it to print, it's a weird file format that only printers can recognise.
