Australia was only invented because the penal colony of Georgia broke away with the other 12 rebel states to form the USA. Australians are therefore, to all intents and purposes, Americans. Look at Mel Gibson, for example. Didn't Crocodile Dundee go to New York? Didn't Australians fight in Vietnam?

You are assuming that all Australians descended from the convicts.

And you call yourself an educated man. Epic Fail.
