I went to my friends' wedding (she Aussie/him French) in France. Her Dad's speech "I would like to toast to all the Australian soldiers who died on the French soil during the two world wars" and he started to cry and we all had to stand up and that was after the bit when he told everybody that he thought that his new son in law was a bit too effeminate for his liking.
And I won't even mention the rude Australian guy sitting next to me who pinched our bottle of champagne.
Right Australian bashing it is then.
