Well, yes, he does make frames. He doesn't TIG weld them (what the majority of bike frames are built using), instead prefers to focus on what he considers superior methods - fillet brazing and/or lugs.

I thought only Alloy frames were tig welded. though it could be that you can tig weld steal, people just dont do it often, or both these points could be wrong as i don't know what i'm talking about.
