Do you not think it not a touch odd that he attended the party from where my bike was stolen from? I remember speaking to him. Furthermore, it was THE only bike in the hallway that night, so he must have see it, no? Ergo, when he allegedly went down to brick lane to allegedly purchase the bike he would have recognised that it was stolen? Your argument is horribly weak.

That guy is definitely not a bike thief. He was at the party and he was was seen with the bike. This much is true and the facts don't look good for him. However he didn't steal the bike as I know who he was at the party with and they can confirm this. He can give you the number of the guy who said the bike was his, as it was on loan on to my friend in the picture seeing as his personal bike was out of action.
I really strongly suggest you take take that picture down and stop the threats from everyone else as I don't want to make this into something more than it needs to be.
