A good fast-flowing downhill in Bournemouth town centre starts from the top of the Poole Hill roundabout, gun it down Poole Hill, left-hand lane at the lights at the Triangle (if they're green, even better!)....
.....then the sweeping right-hander on Avenue Road, into the Square. If you carry on, turn right at the Town Hall roundabout and hack on up the nice big hill at Braidley Road (gets hte blood-flowing on 46:16!).
