    Just because a stem has a certain angle doesn't make it a track stem I'm afraid. Take a look at stems used on bikes for Madison, points race etc,. and you won't see many like that one because you have to ride the bike for more than 2 minutes.

    A strong case of form over function on that stem which is at odds with the lack of form over function applied to the rest of the bike!

    And that frame needs a quill anyway, as steel forks with ahead stems never look right. Amen.
