Looks good, the Hip & Herp setup, like a domesticated 2-group. You could run em both at once, one at brew setting, the other on steam setting, no mre waiting around between shot and milk.
Gaskets for Bialetti should be available in any posh kitchenware shop. Also available at Monmouth, take the old one with you for happy sizing.
Mooks, Silvias are fucking ace. I borrowed one the other weekend and the build quality is incredible for the price.
