  • It was just a bit weird, my knees feel like they've done hella loads of work, rather than my thigh muscles! I'll get used to it, I'm sure it's far better for me in the long run than that massive gear. Thanks for sorting it out bubba, it's good for me (like vegetables) x
    spin for the win. it takes less out of your legs and will increase suppleness of your stroke.
