no. loads of singlespeed mountain bikes have track ends and work with either cantis or disc brakes
Do you not need to keep adjusting the position of the brake pads/discs when using different gear ratios though?

that's not a track end though, it's an adjustable dropout so the disc tab is always in the same position in relation to the axle.

That's known as readers wives. You aren't a judge of whether your bike is bike porn, and it's considered bad etiquette. There's a names and faces to bikes thread for that. If someone else posts your bike, fair enough... but you shouldn't. Not least because people lay into everything in their search for true porn... and the Cinelli is not porn.
