IMHO.

A bike shape arrangement of flowers for the funeral would be a nice touch - i got a florist coming back to be with a quote. anyone know what colour the bike was?

Charity wise there is typically a collection at the funeral so it would make sense to find out what that was.
Can I suggest all the communication goes through one person (VB) to take the load of Velcro
