I've got the card (they take a 1p charge to get the details and prove it works), but I can't get there today (work and then study). And basically if I don't turn up and present the card and close it off today... they're going to send it to head office to process. I don't mind them doing this, but it was implied that they might charge for it. I've had that done to me before, the Old Ship charged £10 on top to process it the next day... and frankly that stuff is bullshit. I've already offered to close it, they can do it over the phone, but instead they have a CUNTISH process.
