Shit, I failed to close off my tab last night... yet again. And the Crabtree won't let me close it off over the phone (I just called them and offered).
So they are going to send it off to their head office and they will process it in a few weeks.
I bet the bastards go and add a fee for this even though I've already offered to pay.
I'm going to be soooooooooo pissed at them if they try this. And if they do... I won't going back there. I hate it when pubs are almost purposefully pissy. What bullshit is it that they couldn't take the details over the phone. WANKERS!
