Was that aimed at my BMX front brake set up by any chance?!
Yeah, it's pretty easy to do. It takes a bit of time and tweaking, but not that hard really. The main things to watch for are clearance with your caliper on the frame. I have really old brakes, so they sit a lot lower than some of the newer ones. Also, I was able to swap the nuts around that hold the cable to the caliper. This meant that I could run the cable in from the bottom instead of the top. It needs to be set up this way not only for frame clearance, but also because the cable will pull much better than if it's routed from the top.
