It's snowing (Weather Conditions week commencing 2nd Feb 2009)

Just had a colleague phone from Crystal Palace saying he couldn't cycle in nor were any trains running. He claimed that they had a foot of snow. Pointed out that all the snow has gone from Central London but to no avail. South London needs to HTFU.

My colleague who usually cycles from that way has just sent me a wimpy email saying hes too scared to ride and there are no trains!
