  • Apparently BLB have some new Bob Jackson frame that have a Paul track end, flat crown fork and fluted seat tube, £475

look really nice, quite tempted to get one even thought it's £100 more than the standard, but no money at present, rat!

  • White bike. very 2008.

  • shame about the BLB sticker

  • shame about the BLB sticker

    tippex.

  • Nice touches but I'd rather spend the extra on top of a Vigorelli on chrome.

  • Is that new? North Drinks Mark has a Bob with Paul ends, its just part of their normal customisation thing isn't it?

  • A poor effort matching the BJ typeface.

  • At work we have some BJ frames with track ends, but with eyes and clearances for mudguards (fairly essential in Naarfuck), also with brake fitments F&R @ £375.

On a pure track frame or fixed wheel road bike, id still rather spend out on the paul ends.. straight up bike porn.

  • collab!

  • Nice.. but there's no need for the BLB sticker.

  • lol@ the prices of stuff this year ffs..
it's just a old fashioned frame with crap tensioners on the dropouts that costs an arm and a leg that some hipster will build up, then lock it up in Hackney where someone will steal it and then some hipster will buy it, the cycle continues until we all puke on God's cock.

nice one ed, BLB and BJ in the same thread.

    now where's the Rapha/Condor one and Evans/Specialized?

  • Nice frame. Shockingly bad BLB sticker though :S

  • Like the white & lime green one.

  • actually I couldn't care less for the Paul track end, it's the seatstay and flat crowded fork that grab me.

  • I like the solid color Bob Jackson decals - I wish those were a regular option. I'd rock the orange on white sans the BLB decal and lug lining.

  • The Paul track ends are quite a common request for BJs now. Although their regular ends are good (thick and cast).

The seat tube and fork crown are pretty special though. I wonder if they've deviated from the standard geometry too?

    One of your funniest yet.

Agreed on the BLB logo, not needed, it's ugly, end of.

  • "brick lane bikes" on the top tube is a bit well hmm, not so good IMO.

look like it, I'm going over to BLB and ask them if they have a build one ready to ride, i know how the original handle either way, should be interesting.

£100 over the original, with paul track end, flat crowned fork (my favourite!) and a seat tube is not bad at all to be honest.

  • Agreed.

You should speak to someone at the factory though. It could be you get to spec exactly what you want, and get the shite graphics left off.

  • the least desirable BJ i have ever seen.

  • is the seat tube shaped or is it me seeing things ?

  • Agreed.

they could, I like the graphic beside the BLB logos actually, either way if I didn't like it, I can simply pop it down to armourtex to get it sandblasted and clearcoated, would look pretty neat (and cheap too).

it's the fluted seat tube, allowed the wheel to be move further in.

  • ye but is the BJ fluted then ? never noticed that before on BJ's, so is this a special thing on BLB BJ's ?
