Had the most awful service from SBR recently: two weeks ago ordered some sylvan track pedals and some toe straps, their site saying they had plenty of both in stock. After only being able to see whether it had processed on their site (they said they were waiting on stock, peculiar)I sent an email and they said it would arrive last week, which it didn't. I called up on monday and they said they were waiting for the toe straps to arrive from their warehouse, the straps turned up on their own that day. Then the pedals turn up today and they've sent me the wrong ones! Don't think I'll be using them again anytime soon..
