Hi all finished this last week and sucessfully completed its maiden voyage to West drinks and then the Tweed Run without anything falling off!!

Its a Bridgestone Keirin frame, the decals are in White so its hard to see them against the pearlesant paint. It my second project the other being a beater replica Merckx.

Anyhows the names Shane so if you see me around dont be scared to say hello.

Cheers for the nice comments. Roll-in i got the frame off a guy in Hackney off gumtree, did nt really know what i was buying but just loved the frame.

Spent the next six months sourcing the parts and finally got it all sorted last week.

Weeel look what just turned up!

This thing is immaculate! Doesn't look like it's been used since it's chop/re-fin. Nice tight clearances with the Shamals on. BB is good an high too, I was worred I'd have pedal strike problems with it being a converted road frame, but it doesn't look like I will!
Will be built up in as horrible a method as possible I think. Risers and BMX bits.

Just taken the Lee Cooper to have a headset installed. It was threaded 1" to start off with, but the forks were cut so short that it would have required one of those super low-stacking shimano headsets to get the top nut on. soo..
Changed over to 1" ahead with a pair of steel straight bladed forks. Ugly colours but I'll spray em up black to match. Means I can use a silly short BMX stem too

Now to find some wheels!

what shimano headset would this be? I am after a super low stack threaded headset and the tange 30.2mm one from SJS cycles isn't quite low enough.
