Keep out of Victoria park, Hackney at night

I was briefly confused this evening by two white flashing lights weaving across the road in front of me, but they turned out to be attached to dogs.

why the fuck do people always attach flashing light on dogs that they have lease on??! that annoyed the fuck out of me.
