Vintage Peugeot conversion help and tips please

I just converted a near to identical (probably a bit older) peugeot.

I'd stick some nice bullhorns on that, and get your ratio right (i'm currently thinking abou 42-15) and they're lovely frames for the job.

Im going for 52t - 20t Just cause I have the 52 on the front already.

I have a pair of old drops I was going to chop and turn for a crude pair of bullhorns. Im trying to keep the budget down (its not worked so far...)
