Found an ad for this. Bit of vintage, that's been resprayed. Says it's 54cm but looks bit smaller? Geometry a bit relaxed too maybe?

It doesn't look suspicious to me. The guy has low feedback but we all have to start somewhere. He's clearly aiming it at time triallists.
